A Witchware Party is where you host a little get-together with your friends and you all place one order. By doing this you will be able to take advantage of lower shipping costs and special promotions only available through Witchware Parties. Also, the host or hostess will be eligible for free items.

Order requirements & shipping:

The minimum order accepted for a Witchware Party will be $200 before shipping. Shipping will be $19.95 for orders up to $300. Orders over $300 will qualify for free shipping. Witchware Parties will receive an automatic 15% discount on the total order before shipping. Orders being sent to Idaho will be charged applicable sales tax of 6%.

All orders must be paid for in a single transaction and the order will be shipped to a single address.

Each party must meet our requirements or the entire order may be canceled at our discretion. Of course, The Funky Fairy Shoppe will contact the Hostess to let them know of the deficiency and give them the opportunity to resolve it prior to cancellation. Standard Terms & Conditions apply.

Hostess Gifts:

The Hostess will be able to choose from a gift certificate or discount on her next order of up to 10% the total party order before shipping.

Hostess Responsibilities:

~Contact The Funky Fairy Shoppe before hosting a party to obtain the Party Discount Code.
~Compile and place the order online.
~Collect payment from guests.
~Pay using a single transaction.
~Handle all returns & exchanges.
~Distribute orders to guests (another reason to hang out with your friends!).
~Be the contact person for The Funky Fairy Shoppe should there be questions or problems with the party order.

Final Thoughts:

In order to make sure the correct quantity, color or type of each item is ordered, have your guests shop online from their home or yours. If shopping from their home, have them add items to their shopping cart & print it off or copy and paste and email it to you. Make sure they don't complete checkout or their order will not qualify for the party. Another idea would be to create a customer account just for your party using your first and last name and the word party after your last name. Give your guests the password and have them add items to the general shopping cart. Of course, it's always more fun to shop online together and make a true party out of it!
