Due to product availability, some orders with multiple items may arrive in more than one package. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charge is based on amount of order.
Orders totaling over $300 are eligible for Free Shipping.

Orders are shipped usually within 24-48 hours after payment is received. Please allow an additional 8 to 10 days for U.S. delivery. Special order or handmade items can take up to 2 weeks before shipping. Due to availability, some items may be shipped separately. You will not be charged extra shipping if your order is shipped in more than one shipment

Sorry, we do not accept orders outside the United States or Canada.

Return Policy:

We will accept return of merchandise if notification is within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will issue Credit to your account or refund you in US dollars for the cost of the merchandise minus a 10% restocking fee if you have received a RAN. Merchandise returned without a RAN will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Sorry, we cannot issue refunds for shipping. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise:

The Funky Fairy Shoppe will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. As with return or exchange items, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order if you are returning an item that was received in damaged condition and receive a RAN. For merchandise received due to a picking error, The Funky Fairy Shoppe shall reimburse the cost of return shipping. The restocking fees shall not apply for return of items due to damage or picking errors.

Lost Shipments:

By placing an order with us you agree that you will not hold The Funky Fairy Shoppe liable for any orders lost or damaged while in the possession of USPS or UPS.
