We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and check or money order. All credit card orders are processed securely via ProPay. We do not have access to or store your credit card information. If you pay by check or money order, please be aware that your order will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately refund your account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Sales Taxes:

The Funky Fairy Shoppe is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Idaho. The applicable sales tax for the State of Idaho is 6%.

Back Ordered & Out of Stock Items:

We strive to keep our website as up to date as possible by removing items that are on backorder from the site as quickly as possible. On occasion, we may temporarily run out of a particular item. We will notify you immediately and give you the option of waiting until the item is in stock or receiving a refund. If you do not respond to our backorder notification within 3 business days, we will assume you wish to wait for your item to arrive in stock.

Discontinued Items:

Some of our items may be "Discontinued Items", which means that we are no longer be able to reorder them from our supplier. We will continue to offer these items until we no longer have a supply of them in stock. Sometimes we are not aware of discontinued items at the time of receiving an order. If this happens, you will be refunded the amount of the item and any shipping and handling charges, if applicable.

Wholesale & Bulk Items:

At this time we do not offer wholesale pricing. However, we do have bulk herbs (one pound minimum order). We also offer discounts on large quantities of any of our items, if purchased by and shipped to a single person.
